BORDRUME

How a meeting works

  1. Write the problem. Choose Build My Board, which recommends three members, or Choose My Board, which lets you pick three from the library.
  2. Read why each seat was selected. Replace any seat from the library, then convene.
  3. Each seated member analyzes independently. The Chairman compares them, assigns specific challenges, allows reconsideration, and writes a Board Decision.
  4. The meeting stays open. Address the board or a member, add a constraint, or ask for another deliberation. A new decision is a new record, not an overwrite.
