BORDRUME stores the email address you use to sign in, session cookies on this host (bordrume.com in production), and the meeting records you create. Identity lives in the same PostgreSQL database as the rest of the product.

Magic-link sign-in sends a one-time URL to your email. Google sign-in, when enabled, receives a name, email, and profile image from Google to create or match your account.

We do not sell account or meeting data. We do not use your meetings to train public models. Operational logs may include request metadata needed to run and secure the service.

You can ask for your account and meeting data to be deleted by contacting the operator of this deployment.
